• Refund - You can return any non-customized product (without custom engraved text or image) within 7 business days of receiving the product for a refund on the merchandise. The product must be returned without any scratches or damage.
• Exchange - You can exchange any non-customized product (without custom engraved text or image). Please send the item back and exchange it for a new item, you just pay shipping costs. The product must be returned without any scratches or damage.
• Damaged product - If the product arrives damaged we must be notified with a photo within 7 business days so that we can notify the shipping carrier and send you out a new item right away. 
• Custom Products: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE for custom engraved products.

The wooden photo frames are coated with a professional wood conditioner made to protect and highlight the natural beauty of the wood and prolong its lifespan.

To clean, dust with a clean cloth and if needed wipe with a clean damp cloth. 

Orders for non-customized products are shipped out within 3-5 working days. Customized Orders will be shipped out in 1 to 2 working weeks.

-- Your design mock-up will be emailed to you within 2 working days after receiving your prepaid order.

- We accept one image per product. Please do not send us multiple images for the design mock-up.

-For Photo engraving we need

• High resolution images (usually 2MB or more)
• Well lit images
• No blurring in the images
• Crisp images
• No photo collages or edited images with Instagram filters, unedited images work best. 

- If you are not happy with the design mockup you can cancel the order and get a full refund. (order cancellations are allowed before your custom product is engraved).
